Silk Route festival provides an opportunity for locals and tourists to take a look at the cultural festivities of this region. Which is normally held in the month of September in the whole region of Gilgit – Baltistan (Hunza, Gilgit & Skardu). Artisans, Folk dancers, and musicians from various parts of Northern areas display their work in decorative pavilions. Other highlights of the festivals include food festivals, polo matches, and camping.

Itinerary
- Day 01: Arrival at Islamabad international airport, transfer to hotel for O/N stay. Day 02: Drive to Naran Besham en-route visit Taxila Museum & ruins.
- Day 03: Drive To Gilgit, en route stop at Shatial Rock Carving, Nanga Parbat View Point, and Junction Point of Three great Mountain Ranges in the world (Himalaya, Kakorum & Hindukush). O/N stay in a hotel.
- Day 04: Explore the charm of the festival in Gilgit, visit the bazaar, walk on the riverside road, suspension bridge and in the afternoon watch the Polo Match.
- Day 05: Drive to Hunza along the Hunza River. En route stop for photography and view panoramic villages and Rakaposhi viewpoint. O/N stay in a hotel.
- Day 06: Full day exploration of Hunza, includes, sunrise and sunset view at Duikar, Baltit Fort, Walk along the water channel and meet local People (Hunzukuts) “The long age people on earth to know the secrete of longevity. O/N stay at the hotel.
- Day 07: Drive to Gulmit, visit Gulmit Museum. O/N stay at the hotel.
- Day 08: Full excursion to Khunjerab border (Pakistan & China).
- Day 09: Drive to Gilgit.
- Day 10: Drive to Besham.
- Day 09: Fly Back ✈ Drive to Islamabad and transfer to airport to embark home flight.
